Styku 3D body scan

A non-invasive Styku scan creates a 3D body model and captures circumference measurements, such as your waist, hips, and thighs. Alongside body shape, Styku uses the scan data to estimate body composition: body-fat percentage, fat mass, and lean body mass. Available report fields can vary with age and software settings.

Body-fat percentage estimates how much of your total weight is fat; fat mass expresses that amount as weight. Lean body mass is the non-fat portion of your weight, including muscle, water, organs, and bone—not muscle alone.

If your goal is weight loss or muscle gain, repeat scans can help you compare circumference, body shape, and estimated fat and lean mass over time. These trends provide context beyond scale weight, but a rise in lean mass does not by itself prove muscle gain. Consistent clothing, positioning, and scan conditions make comparisons more useful; small changes may reflect measurement variation.

Body composition values are estimates derived from body shape, not direct measurements of individual tissues. Results are for tracking and discussion—not medical advice or a promise of a particular outcome.

Demotu 3D movement scan

A guided Demotu scan uses 3D movement capture to review selected movement patterns. This functional assessment looks at how your joints and body move during a task, rather than measuring body fat or diagnosing a condition.

Depending on the movements assessed, Demotu’s functional analysis can highlight joint angles and range of motion, mobility restrictions, stability and control, side-to-side differences, and compensations—changes in how you perform a movement. Mobility describes the range you can move through; stability describes how well you control that movement.

The findings give you and your coach a structured starting point for discussing movement mechanics and training priorities. Repeating the same assessment can help you compare movement quality over time. Results reflect the tasks captured on that day, not every activity or a guarantee of injury prevention.

Assessments are educational and fitness-focused; they do not diagnose injury or replace care from a licensed clinician. For pain, injury, or medical concerns, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
